John Goldrick

John Goldrick is VP of Commerce Solution Management. Focused on APJ and Greater China, his team is responsible for defining the strategic direction of Commerce solutions in SAP. His role also includes supporting major customer engagements across the region, helping customers build eCommerce strategies and capabilities within their organisations to better engage with their customers and prospects.

An industry veteran with 17 years’ experience in the IT industry, John initially joined SAP as the Manager for CRM Solutions in Australia and New Zealand. At SAP, he has held many strategic roles including APJ Business ByDesign Manager, Director of Industry Solutions, Director of Product and Solutions, Global Sales Director for CRM Sales, Service and Marketing. John’s focus is helping SAP customers acquire, retain and manage their customers.
