Nicola O’Rourke has had a successful career in FMCG, initially in innovation, then marketing and sales, before joining general management as a divisional head – in marketing and operational roles. She has launched over 300 products into 5 markets globally and has a clear understanding of what drives value in FMCG businesses.
Nicola is known for her passion in the NZ food & beverage industry and her desire to foster our countries entrepreneurial spirit. She has a long held belief that our countries future lies in value over volume and investing in telling our story and developing brands is the fastest way to win with consumers. The collision of digital, brand and innovation are her most enjoyable areas to add value.
