Tammy Buhagiar

Tammy Buhagiar is the Marketing Chapter Area Lead (Head of Marketing) at Spark. With 60 Marketers working across the breadth of the Spark business, Tammy is responsible for building future marketing capability, driving consistency and setting and driving the long-term marketing vision for the business. Tammy loves data and understands the importance of leveraging the power of deep customer insights, martech and world class marketing craft to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes. With over 15 years’ experience across a range of industries, including retail, travel, SVOD and telecommunications, Tammy has honed her marketing craft through developing segmentation data modelling, app development, driving personalisation and a test & learn culture. When Tammy’s not working, she’s a busy Mum of two girls – Rosie (8) and Jasmine (4).
