David Letele, AKA Brown ButterBean runs the BBM Program, an initiative that heals the mind, body, and spirit. Since 2014, He's been focused on educating, supporting and training New Zealand communities that have been struggling with obesity, diabetes and heart disease. His organisation runs free boot camps all over Auckland, helping thousands of people change their lives, but he's on a mission to change thousands more.
David's journey started with his own weight loss story. Having lost over 100kg through good nutrition and exercise, he now dedicates his time to helping others do the same by teaching them how to live the BBM lifestyle - Brain, Body, Movement. He has helped New Zealand communities lose 1000s of kilos, and even helped reverse type 2 diabetes.
