Dina Hay

Dina Hay is Chief Data and Insights Officer at Stuff Limited. During her tenure, Dina has created a transformational data and insights strategy and built a team of leaders and experts responsible for helping Stuff develop the deepest knowledge of New Zealanders in pursuit of its mission - to make Aotearoa a better place. Before joining Stuff, Dina worked in the NZ financial services sector leading initiatives across the data and analytics spectrum to progress the deeper understanding of customers and enable meaningful action. Earlier in her career, Dina spent a decade working for consultancies based in New York, London, and Australia where she supported international corporations to generate commercial returns through the use of advanced analytics. Dina’s strengths include her strategic thinking, her focus on developing people and teams, and her ability to be a sense-maker and facilitate complex scenarios with the customer in mind.
