Ryan is a highly commercial marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation for businesses within retail, beauty, finance, and services sector. His expertise lies within digital strategy, eCommerce, customer experience, and CRM, and has worked across the UK, US, and Australia.
Ryan is passionate about using his data and commercial skill set to help scale businesses. He has been able to scale both mature and start-up brands spanning multiple regions and business structures. These roles have required working collaboratively to align the business units in the digital and omni-channel space to achieve profitable strategic objectives.
Today, Ryan leads the digital strategy for L’Oréal’s Active Cosmetics Division as the Chief Digital Officer. In this role, he is responsible for delivering sustainable online growth across DTC, Pureplay, and Etailer partners and driving media effectiveness across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Prior to L’Oréal, he owned his own digital consultancy in the UK and has worked for leading brands including Colgate & Palmolive, Boots & Walgreens, Anthropologie, Sarah Chapman, Ocado, The Body Shop, eBay & Suncorp.
