The conference starts on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at 11:30 am with the Retailers- Only Lunch and 12:00pm for the Networkers Briefing light lunch. Shortly after that, the conference will kick off at 1:35 pm with the Opening and Business Connect both compulsory for all attendees. Retailers are required to register before 11:00 am and sponsors and networkers to arrive and register before 11:30 am to arrive in time for the networkers briefing. Please ensure you arrive on time.

The conference finishes on Friday 23 May 2025 at 1:30 pm.

Accommodation

Accommodation bookings for iMedia Retail Summit NZ, 21-23 May 2025 are handled and paid for by Comexposium and managed through our online registration process.

When your registration is confirmed, you will have the opportunity to book your accommodation for the duration of the conference and provide your credit card details. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged; it is requested so we can pre-registration you for a fuss-free check-in experience on arrival.

Can I stay an extra night?

Start your working week in Christchurch

Don’t rush your morning by having to get on a flight, so come down a night early and wake up fresh on Day 1 in Christchurch. Enjoy a buffet breakfast and arrive fresh and ready to go for the first day of iMedia. 

Additional nights:

Chateau on the Park - Christchurch is offering a special rate to iMedia guests  3-day pre and post-the-conference of $254 NZD (King Guest room), $284 NZD (King Deluxe room), $304 NZD (King Deluxe room with Balcony) per night, including breakfast for one (1) (subject to availability). Your hotel booking is between you and the hotel.

The hotel will charge you directly for any additional room nights and will charge upon check-out along with room incidentals. If you need to cancel your pre and post-accommodation, you must do so directly with the hotel. The booking for your additional nights will be linked to the conference booking so you will be in the same room throughout the full stay.

Flight information

All delegates are required to make their own flight bookings to and from Christchurch Airport. We strongly urge you to book your flights upon confirmation of your attendance.
