Paul Fitzsimons has over 20 years experience working with companies to build better customer experiences. Having spent much of this time in Asia and Europe Paul has been there as customer service evolved from Call Centres and Storefronts to fully integrated channels where customers expect the same experience whether it be on an app or in person. Paul is excited to be joining you all in Queenstown and is looking forward to meeting you all!
