Steve Ramsay is an experienced eCommerce & Marketing professional, who has been building new customer experiences for retailers across New Zealand and Australia for over 15 years.  Currently the Chief of Sales & Marketing at the Jamie Kay Group, Steve spends his days growing a global customer base across four retail brands, and loves experimenting with new tactics and channels to ensure his customers always get the best experience. Just like most Marketers, Steve spends his days adding new acronyms to the existing collection - SEO, SEM, EDM and their new best friend AI.
